All packages are shipped via Spanish national mail (Correos) and do not have tracking numbers. Purchase without tracking number is done at your own risk. Lost packages will not be refunded

It is advised to purchase a tracking number for orders from South America

Packages inside Spain should arrive within a week following confirmation of shipping, 1-2 weeks inside the EU, and 2-3 weeks outside the EU. By all means get in touch with us if you have a query, but please be patient and consider these shipping times

Please check you have entered your current address correctly to your Paypal account as failure to do this has caused returned parcels in the past
